This ring is tuned to the piercing notes of an aria from La Forza del Destino (The Force of Destiny), by the incomparable Italian arranger Giuseppe Verdi. Music and wine simply appear to go together. That is the reason we’ve made a toll that praises one of the world’s most well known winemaking areas. Spotted with rich vineyards, antiquated olive forests, stone farmhouses and medieval palaces, the lovely Tuscan farmland extends from the mountains to the ocean. Here, Italy’s best wines are made by the rhythms of nature, similarly as they have been for a long time. May our Chimes of Tuscany go with you as you praise the rhythms of nature, the power of predetermination and the hints of life. Enjoy!Over 30 years back, Grammy grant winning performer and instrument creator Garry Kvistad made the first Woodstock Chime from an aluminum folding chair he found in a landfill. Entranced by the Scale of Olympos, a seventh century pentatonic scale that can’t be played on a cutting edge piano, Garry trim and tuned the folding chair cylinders to the correct recurrence of the antiquated scale. The subsequent Chimes of Olympos was the first Woodstock Chime is as yet one of our top of the line, musically-tuned windchimes. Garry and his significant other Diane established Woodstock Chimes in 1979 and still build up the tolls today. It remains a family-claimed business in New York’s Hudson Valley.
