BRAND NEW – NEVER USED – LISTED AS USED ITEM, READ ON – We have sold this item for over 6 years and have never had a single issue at all. We shipped this King Size Pad to Canada and after it arrived we were contacted by our customer and informed that the control unit was not in the box. We quickly shipped a replacement by FEDEX and sent a pre-paid return label for the first unit. Once we got it back, we contacted Sunbeam and had them send a replacement control unit for the King Pad. The control unit arrived and we tested the new unit with the pad and as expected, everything works perfectly! Now, we have an OPENED factory package with a King pad AND a separate control unit for the King Pad. Everything is BRAND NEW, NEVER USED but since the factory package was opened to look for the missing controller, we will not sell the unit as labeled NEW. Lock down this one of a kind savings before it is gone. Full warranty applies and if you get the pad and feel that ANY of this is not true and the pad is used, I will pay for the return and apply a prompt refund. You will not be disappointed.
